Ingredients of Seafood Chowder

- Prepare of carrots diced.
- You need of bacon diced.
- It's of corn 300g(dried weight).
- It's of sea scallops.
- It's of crab (with shell).
- You need of shrimps, peel(save shells).
- Prepare of white wine.
- Prepare of lemon.
- It's of white fish (I mix coalfish and cod).
- It's of heavy cream.
- It's of potatoes peeled and diced 1 cm chunks.
- Prepare of water.
Seafood Chowder instructions
- Cut celery, carrot and onions and sweat under lid..
- Add the bacon and corn.
- Peel shrimp then In separate pan cook the shrimp shells in some white wine and 500ml water, strains stock into a new pot and boil the crab in this. (Cook about 5-10 minutes).
