Ingredients of Seafood Chowder

  8. You need of shrimps, peel(save shells).
  9. Prepare of white wine.
  10. Prepare of lemon.
  11. It's of white fish (I mix coalfish and cod).
  12. It's of heavy cream.
  13. It's of potatoes peeled and diced 1 cm chunks.
  14. Prepare of water.

Seafood Chowder instructions

  1. Cut celery, carrot and onions and sweat under lid..
  2. Add the bacon and corn.
